Man sentenced to probation in fatal crash back in jail

Zachary Peterson, who was sentenced to 10 years probation for a fatal car accident in 2021, is back in jail for violating his probation sentence. The accident occurred when he was driving and his passenger, William Wallace, died at the scene. Peterson confessed to having been drinking at the time of the accident. He is currently being held without bond and will undergo a hearing to determine his punishment.
