The Scottish Parliament has reported 84 cases of bullying and harassment in five years. The report also revealed that staff members were discouraged from raising concerns about inappropriate behaviour by MSPs. The allegations involve both women and men. The presiding officer and chief executive of the Parliament have expressed deep concern over the findings.
