Browns announces they've waived OL Justin Osborne, released OT Cornelius Lucas

The Cleveland Browns have released two offensive linemen, one of them from the previous seasons, and one of their own, Cornelius Lucas, who started five of the 10 games he played in his career. The team has also signed six veteran free agents and is set to replace them with new players.
