The fourth-seeded University of Minnesota women's basketball team will face top-seeding UCLA in the Sweet 16, following a dramatic last-minute victory over the fourth-seed Gophers. The game will be televised on ESPN and will be played in the second semifinal of the Sacramento 2 Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27. The winners will compete for a place in the Final Four on Sunday, March 29. This is the only women's regional where the top four seeds all made it out of the first two rounds.
