A study by online casino DuelBits has named Miami as the most dishonest place in the United States, giving it a score of 8.76 out of 10. The study looked at everything from property crime and fraud to Google searches for video game cheats and affair websites. The city had a property crime rate of about 3,500 per 100,000 residents and a fraud rate of 2,100, tying for the highest in the country. Additionally, Miami searches for affair-related platforms such as Ashley Madison and hidden messaging apps hit over 18,000 per month, giving the city one of the highest rates in the nation. Other notable findings included a high number of spam calls and a high rate of catfishing victims.
