Dana Walden Sets Leadership Team at Disney Entertainment

Dana Walden, the incoming president and chief creative officer at Disney Entertainment, has announced a new management structure at the company. This comes alongside the appointment of Josh D'Amaro as CEO, with Debra OConnell becoming chairman of Disney Entertainment Television. The gaming and interactive business will now be part of Disney Enterprise, reporting to Walden. Sean Shoptaw, executive VP of games and digital entertainment, will also report to Waldens. Alan Bergman will continue as chairman of the Disney Entertainment studios, overseeing Disney’s vast film studios and production, and continuing to oversee direct-to-consumer. Joe Earley and Adam Smith will become co-president of direct-through-consumer, reporting respectively to Waldon and Bergman.
