Danish chef Rene Redzepi, known for his Michelin-starred restaurant, Noma, has stepped aside from daily operations after acknowledging past mistreatment of staff. Redpepi said in a social media post that he was taking responsibility for his "past leadership". The restaurant confirmed that Redzpei would step aside from operations effective immediately. It is unclear whether this decision will affect his co-ownership of Noma.
