Panel rules against NFLPA, says not enough proof of collusion

A three-person appeals panel has upheld an arbitrator's decision that there is insufficient evidence of collusion between teams in relation to the contracts of Kyler Murray, Lamar Jackson and Russell Wilson. The NFL Players Association had argued that owners violated the collective bargaining agreement by colluding in contract negotiations with these athletes. The panel found that while it called the NFL's involvement in this effort "improper," there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations.
