The first nonpartisan mayoral race in L.A. is heating up, with candidates discussing priorities such as safety, education and housing. Candidates shared their priorities at a public forum. The forum also included a proposal for a 90-day ADAPTIVE REUSE PROTOCOL for the city's vacant vacant vacant properties.
