Los Angeles police have released a composite sketch of the suspect wanted for attempted kidnapping of two girls, ages 11 and 16, in North Hills. One of the girls escaped when the car stopped moving, and the suspect, described as a Hispanic man in his early 20s, locked the car doors and offered money, alcohol, and drugs for the girls. The girls initially declined the offer, but were approached again near Nordhoff Street and Columbus Avenue. The suspect then unzipped his shorts where he offered sexual favors in exchange for money.
