The Quaker Tapestry Museum in Kendal, which shut last year due to high running costs, is set to reopen with volunteer support from the Kendal Quakers. The 77-panel tapestry was created by over 4,000 people from 15 countries and explores the history of the Quaker. The museum will open on Wednesdays from 6 May until the end of August, with free admission.
