Illegal migrant freed by Biden and accused of killing innocent dad cowers in court

Darwin Felipe Bahamon Martinez, an illegal migrant from Colombia, is accused of killing a 59-year-old man and injuring an 83-year old woman during a police chase in Orange County. During a preliminary hearing, Martinez hid himself behind a cage barrier out of sight of attorneys, the judge, and the audience. He had previously been freed by the Biden administration and is currently being held on $2 million bail. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say Martinez illegally entered the country in August 2023 and was arrested after illegally crossing the California-Mexico border.
