A 17-year-old boy and a 29-year old man have been arrested following a collision on Northam Bridge in Southampton, which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning and resulted in a closure of the bridge for several hours. The pair were arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and remain in custody.
