Officials have identified the pedestrian killed in February after he was hit by an 18-wheeler while crossing a freeway in Dallas' Oak Cliff neighborhood. The accident occurred on the northbound lanes of the R. L. Thornton Freeway and resulted in a collision with a concrete divider. The Texas Department of Transportation reported that the driver failed to yield and hit the 44-year-old man.
