Strong winds have caused significant damage across parts of Indiana as a powerful storm system moves towards the region. Downed trees and power lines were reported in multiple counties. Forecasters have warned of another round of damaging winds and possible tornadoes moving through central Indiana later tonight. As of 9:30 p.m., about 9,000 power outages have been reported across Indiana. The winds are being driven by a powerful low pressure system moving through the Midwest. A Tornado Watch has been issued for central Indiana until 3 a.m. The most intense storms are expected to occur later in the evening as a fast moving squall line moves east across the state.
