PIH Health has appointed Irena Zuanic as the chief operating officer of PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Downtown LA. She will continue her role as chief nursing officer at the hospital and will take on an expanded leadership role overseeing all inpatient nursing units, emergency services, perioperative and perinatal services, inpatient dialysis, physical and occupational therapy and hospital operations. Zuuanic will also provide executive oversight for ancillary departments such as cardiology, catheterization lab, radiology and interventional radiology, respiratory services, neurology operations and physical medicine.
