Commentary: Disney disability-policy changes narrow options

Kelsey Maurine Bricklick, founder and director of Accessible France consultancy, has written a complaint against Disney World regarding its disability-policy changes. She argues that Disney's operational changes to the Disability Access Service program and related transportation policies have significantly impaired her family's ability to use this ownership interest safely and predictably. The alternatives Disney offers are technically and medically unworkable and potentially dangerous. Despite these challenges, she maintains her love for Disney and continues to maintain the brand. The Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) has opened an investigation into the matter.
