A 12-year-old boy who was reportedly mishandling a gun accidentally shot and killed in LaGrange, Georgia, has been taken into custody on an involuntary manslaughter charge. The shooting occurred at the Wood Glen apartments on North Cary Street and was determined to be caused by the boy's negligence. The victim was transported to Wellstar West Georgia Medical where he later died.
