A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 355 in Addison, Illinois, resulted in multiple injuries and the death of a 65-year-old Arizona woman. The crash occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on May 1 and involved a gray Ford pickup truck and a gray Lexus SUV. The Ford was merging onto I-355 when it hit the passenger side of the Lexus. The driver of the SUV and two passengers were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries, but one of them was later pronounced dead.
