The Iran War has entered its 23rd day following President Donald Trump's threat to "obliterate" Iran's power plants unless the Strait of Hormuz opens. Iran's Parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, responded by vowing to retaliate with airstrikes that would destroy critical infrastructure, energy infrastructure, and oil facilities throughout the region. The Iranian Red Crescent reported that U.S. and Israeli strikes have destroyed or damaged about 81,000 civilian sites across Iran, including over 61,000 homes and 19,000 commercial units. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered the destruction of Lebanese homes in southern Lebanon.
