Quero debuts for Brewers in rare all-rookie starting battery with Sproat

The Milwaukee Brewers have had an all-rookie starting pitcher/catcher battery for the first time since July 11, 2018, with Brandon Sproat and Jeferson Quero making their debuts for the team. This is the first such a significant change in the team's lineup since Freddy Peralta started against the Marlins with Jacob Nottingham behind the plate. Manager Pat Murphy expressed excitement about the prospects of both players, stating that both players are part of the future of the Brewers. The addition of Quero gave the team an extra right-handed bat and freed the primary backup to starting catcher William Contreras.
