Lebanon Utilities has ruled out Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis as a discharge location for treated wastewater from the LEAP industrial site in Lebanon, Indiana. The decision was made after concerns were raised about the potential environmental impact and lack of transparency with the proposed pipeline. The pipeline would use water from Eagle Creek to pump the treated wastewater back into the Eagle Creek Reservoir.
