An intoxicated Cleveland man, 28, was arrested after he backed his Jeep into a parked Toyota and fell asleep behind the steering wheel. When police arrived, they found the Jeep in reverse with the engine running and the man struggling to maintain his bearings. The man's eyes were bloodied and his speech was slurred. He denied drinking alcohol, but failed field sobriety tests.
