Cushman & Wakefield has secured over 49,000 square feet of office space at Princeton Point, a recently renovated office campus in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Three companies, including Track Intermodal, SiriusXM, and USA Formulations, signed leases at the properties. The campus underwent extensive renovations and features EV charging stations and on-site honeybees.
