"Game Changers Idaho" June golf event raises funds for adaptive youth sports program

Game Changers Idaho, a K-12 adaptive sports program for children with disabilities in the Treasure Valley, is hosting a golf fundraiser on June 12 to raise funds for its free sports programs aimed at expanding free adaptive sports opportunities across the area. The event will include two parts of the day, including Range Games and a nine-hole par 3 shootout. The money raised will help Game Changers continue providing free sports programming and expand opportunities for young athletes across the Treasure Valididaho. The nonprofit's COO, Danny Bowman, said his family has faced challenges finding activities in the community and it is a passion for disability advocacy.
