White Earth Nation holds ribbon cutting for East Grand Forks cannabis dispensary

White Earth Nation's newest tribally owned cannabis dispensary, Waabigwan Mashkiki, opened its doors at 926 Central Avenue Northwest in East Grand Forks. This is the tribe's fourth total and third off-reservation location under a compact that allows White Earth Nation to open up to eight dispensaries across Minnesota. The dispensary has about 25 employees and is open to all types of applicants. The grand opening of the dispensary is set for May 1.
