HomeGoods is set to open its first store in Oswego, Illinois, within the 9-acre Prairie Market East shopping center. The company is seeking a 25,000-square-foot building at 410 Fifth St. The property is currently vacant. The Planning and Zoning Commission has unanimously recommended its approval.
