The Oklahoma County Jail Trust is holding an emergency meeting to discuss their ongoing budget deficit and may need outside help to maintain the operation. The meeting will take place at 9:00 a.m. ET. CST. The Westbound lanes of I-40 are now reopened near MUSTANG ROAD after a minor car crash. The final winds and winds have calmed down, but there is a 60% chance of severe storms later this week. There are also concerns about the potential for severe weather.
