Saints, Cleveland Browns granted NFL international marketing rights in Italy

The New Orleans Saints and the Cleveland Browns have been granted international marketing rights to Italy, a move that could significantly increase the possibility of playing in Italy, which has not yet hosted an NFL regular-season game. The announcement was made in response to the league's Global Markets Program, which awards select NFL clubs worldwide for fan awareness and enthusiasm through engagement, events, commercial opportunities and NFL football development. The Saints will also have international marketing control over their French franchise in 2023.
