Taylor Frankie Paul Given Supervised Visitation of Her and Dakota Mortensen's Son, Ever, amid Competing Restraining Order Filings

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen are embroiled in a legal dispute, with Paul seeking a protective order against her ex on behalf of her and their son, Ever True, 2. This comes after Mortensen filed for a similar order against Paul on March 19. A judge has ruled that Ever will remain in Mortensen's custody and Paul will have supervised visitation. The arrangement will remain until a hearing on April 30 to discuss the competing orders and determine if criminal charges will be pursued against either Paul or Mortensen. Paul details an alleged "high number of instances of abuse and domestic violence" at Mortensen in her filing, stating that their relationship has been tumultuous.
