Missing Cary man found dead in overturned vehicle on I-40, Raleigh police say

Raleigh police found missing man, Linwood Phillips, 48, dead in overturned vehicle on I-40 near Wade Avenue. The vehicle reportedly left the roadway and went down an embankment before landing upside down. Phillips had been missing since Thursday and was found still in his seat belt inside the vehicle. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
