A man, 38-year-old James Harrison III, was arrested after police say he pointed a gun at someone and threatened the person during an argument at Birkdale Village. The incident occurred outside the North Italia restaurant near Lindholm Drive. Off-duty officers found a loaded gun and Harrison was taken into custody. The arrest comes after a curfew was imposed at the village following recent incidents involving teenagers.
