A ground delay has been issued at Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAA) until 2 p.m. due to thunderstorms that are affecting the Houston area. The delays are expected to cover several counties, including Harris, Brazos, Colorado, Fort Bend, Grimes, Madison, Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, Washington and Wharton.
