Texas Ice Cream Shop Serving Crawfish Ice Cream Has 'Sold Out' of the Flavor 'Numerous Times Already' (Exclusive)

Houston ice cream shop Red Circle Ice Cream, Texas, has started serving crawfish ice cream in spring during crawfish season, featuring a real whole crawfish as the optional spoon. The owner and founder of the shop, Nicole Ngo, boils the ice cream base with crawfish boil-inspired seasonings and adds live crawfish to the mix. The store often sells out of the popular flavor multiple times due to high demand. Ngo has served the ice ice cream for seven years and aims to serve it for as long as possible as possible. She said her goal is to foster a diverse and unique flavors based on the community surrounding the shop.
