A second person linked to the murder of a D.C. man, Alphonso Walker, has been arrested over a month after the death of Syed Hussain, who was found dead and tied up in his Logan Circle apartment. The arrest comes two days after police also arrested Rico Barnes, both of whom are charged with first-degree murder. Police believe the men followed Hussain back to his residence and forced him into his apartment and stole items from him. The cause of death was determined by blunt force trauma and strangulation.
