A road rage incident in North Las Vegas caught on dash cam has sparked conversation about aggressive driving in the Las Vegas Valley. Rosemary Martin was driving home when a red Tesla cut her off and she called 911. The dispatcher guided her to safety and has since been viewed more than 16 million times on TikTok.
