Oakland police seize guns, drugs, $357,262 in raids of smoke shop, owners’ homes

Police conducted a series of raids on the owners of an unlicensed smoke shop in Oakland, California, resulting in the seizure of guns, suspected drugs, and $357,000 in cash. The shop was found to contain cannabis and psilocybin for sale, and counterfeit ecstasy pills. One of the owners, a 25-year-old man, is facing felony and misdemeanor charges for allegedly possessing an unregistered assault rifle in his home. The owner has since been released from jail after posting $25,000 bail.
