The Royal Oisha restaurant is known for its unique jasmine-scented water, which is made from the pH of the water which affects the distribution of the fragrance and texture of the rice. The restaurant also features minced pork and prawn in caramelised spices and a granita, a traditional mixed-fruit palate-cleanser, served in a bowl.
