Disgraced former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore was arrested following his dismissal from the school in December. The arrest occurred shortly after Moore was found in a church parking lot wearing his Wolverines gear. Moore was assured by police that he was not in trouble and that his handcuffs were due to an old shoulder injury. Moore allegedly engaged in an inappropriate extramarital relationship with his assistant Paige Shriver and threatened her after she broke off the relationship. He was charged with home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering for confronting Shriver. Those charges were dismissed when he pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges of trespassing and malicious use of a telecommunications device in a private relationship.
