Emily Frame, Lead Teacher at Newtown Discovery Preschool in Newtown, won the Terri Lynne Lokoff Teacher Award at the First Up Annual Conference on March 6. She was among a group of 15 exceptional early childhood educators from southeastern Pennsylvania selected for the honor. The award aims to elevate the status of early childhood teachers and highlight their critical roles in early care and education. This year's winners will receive a $2,000 cash prize, complimentary registration to the 2026 First Up annual conference, and recognition at the Terrie Lynne Lolloff Teacher Awards Ceremony.
