The retired MTA subway train operator, Ron Gersh, suggested that those who pushed people onto the tracks should be seriously punished for their actions, suggesting a special category of murder charge for those who do so. The author also expressed frustration at the lack of coverage of President Donald Hochul's support for the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA), which has been influenced by the gas and oil industries.
