Security guard Pascal Duvier has taken responsibility for the incident involving pop star Chappell Roan and soccer player Jorgino's stepdaughter, Ada Law. Duvier stated that he was not part of Roan's team and was acting independently. The accusations against Roan are false and constitute defamation. The following day, Roan stated that the security guard was not a member of her personal team and that she did not see a woman and child. In 2018, Duvier and his security and protection company Protect Security were named in a $6.1 million lawsuit by Kim Kardashian's insurance company after Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint at the No Address Hotel during Paris Fashion Week.
