A fatal hit-and-run in Morristown has led to calls for stronger traffic safety measures in the city. The public, including a resident who lives near where the accident occurred, argued that traffic lights need to be changed and that pedestrian Justo Pilco-Tenesaca, 68, was pinned under a pick-up truck and later pronounced dead. Council President Steven Pylypchuk is working to improve safety across the town. Wilson "Adrian" Morocho-Necta, thought to be responsible for the hit- and-run, is still at large.
