The current lawsuit, filed by the condo board Bridge Tower Place, focuses on limited environmental issues. The East Side Alliance argues that the 200-bed facility is too tightly packed and lacks sufficient cumulative impacts. The Department of Homeless Services has not commented on the pending legal action, but said it had followed all standard procedures.
