Amusement Park Swing Ride Abruptly Stalls, Leaving Guests ‘Unable to Move’ as They Dangled 200 Feet in the Air

Six Flags Fiesta Texas has had its visitors stuck 200 feet in the air after a swinging ride unexpectedly stopped. The incident occurred at the San Antonio park and was captured on video by rider Maria Salazar. The park confirmed that the abrupt stop was not due to a malfunction, but an operator was prompted to stop the ride after a guest violated their safety policy. Once resolved, the ride resumed and remained open for the remainder of the day.
