Police responded to a report of a robbery at the 4100 block of 18th Street North, where a man driving a pickup truck approached a woman and demanded her vehicle. The vehicle was stolen and police were unable to find the suspect, leading to a pursuit that ended in a crash in Washington, D.C. The driver was arrested and no charges have been filed.
