15-Year-Old Carjacks, Robs 2 Men At Gunpoint: Police

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with carjacking and robbing two men at gunpoint in Chicago. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Friday. The boy was among several offenders who stole a vehicle and property from the men. He was arrested within minutes of the incident.
