Police have arrested four people on suspicion of murder after a woman's body was discovered near the A1 in Nottinghamshire. The body was found in Main Street, Milton, early Friday morning and a murder investigation was launched. The arrests have been made. Police have apologised for inconvenience caused by the incident.
