The suspected arsonist, Chamel Abdulkarim, was taken into custody on Monday after being tackled by police. The incident occurred at a warehouse where he allegedly caused $650M in damage. The county and federal authorities are also investigating plans to convert the warehouse into a facility for the 2028 Olympics. A grenade was discovered near the warehouse where the suspect was apprehended.
