Russian missiles have been fired at the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and other cities, killing three people, including a 12-year-old child, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. The strikes also injured more than 20 people and damaged buildings. In the southeastern city of Dnipro, where the Russian attacks set residential buildings ablaze, the regional governor said one person was killed. An air raid alert remained in effect in both Kyiv (and Dnopro) over two hours after the attack.
